Dragon Well (Long Jing) is the most famous Chinese green tea.
Dragon Well is a pan-fired green tea, flat fried by hand in large woks one small batch at a time.
This particular tea is our organic grade and was hand selected by our certified tea sommeliers on the annual China Spring Tea Tour.
The brewed tea has a heavy thick flavour, sweet and toasty. The sweetness is more vegetal than other Chinese green teas, but it perfectly accompanies the roasted, nutty flavour achieved by searing the leaves in the wok.

Amount: 3g/ 2 teaspoon per cup.

Temperature: 80°c /176°F
