Premium White Peony Early Spring Flush contains both young buds and mature leaves that were harvested during the first harvest of the spring season (the first flush). This makes the brew slightly sweet and gives it a savory taste. This full bodied tea has floral and fruity notes and a sweetness that are rare in white teas. The higher grades of white peony have a higher ratio of buds to leaves.
